Your journey, step by step: How AtlasTrack works
Using AtlasTrack is simple from start to finish. We've designed a seamless experience to keep you connected to your belongings.
Step 1: Pack your luggage. Place your belongings in your suitcase as usual. If your luggage includes a built-in AtlasTag compartment, make sure the AtlasTag device is securely inserted and ready to go.
Step 2: Open the AtlasTrack app. Before heading to the airport, open the AtlasTrack app on your phone. The app is where you connect your luggage and manage your trip.
Step 3: Register or activate your bag. Select your suitcase in the app and activate tracking for your trip. This links your luggage to your account and prepares it to be tracked from departure to arrival.
Step 4: Check in and travel. Once your bag is checked in, AtlasTrack helps you keep an eye on it while it moves through the airport, onto the plane, and toward your destination.
Step 5: Track your luggage in the app. At any point during your trip, you can open the app to view your luggage location and confirm that it is moving where it should.
Step 6: Use recovery features. In the rare event of misplacement, leverage the app’s recovery features to assist in locating your luggage swiftly.
